Foam core pipes are basically multi-layer pipes having outer and inner layers of conventional uPVC and middle layer of foamed uPVC. Outer and inner layers are designed to take the load as well as provide chemical resistance while middle layer of foamed uPVC gives rigidity and maintains the shape of the pipe under load. Due to its ability of absorbing the load, foamcore pipes are most suitable for underground drainage systems, where soil exerts a lot of pressure on pipe surfaces
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Vahini Foamcore pipes are available in 110 mm to 315 mm with different stiffness classes mainly categorized as SN2, SN4 & SN8. SN2 pipes are recommended for above ground applications while SN4 & SN8 pipes are recommended for below ground applications depending on the level at which these pipes have to be installed.

PVC (oriented) or PVC-O is manufactured by processing polyvinyl chloride molecules through biaxial orientation. This process makes regular PVC molecules more corrosion-resistant and allows PVC pipes and fittings to survive the high- pressure conveyance of water. Vahini Pipes Offers PVC-O pipes in a wide range of diameters across pressure classes and safety coefficients. The standard pressure classes are PN 12.5, PN 16, PN 20 and PN 25, while operating temperature ranges from 27-degree to 45-degree celsius. Ori-Plast PVC-O pipes allow safe water supply across climate conditions.
